Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Orders are shipped via Hermes and typically arrive within 2-4 working days from the dispatch date.

Delivery is calculated by weight at the checkout. As a guide, delivery costs are as follows:

£2.75 for a single issue
£4.50 for up to x4 magazines
£6.00 for up to x10 magazines
£7.00 for up to x20 magazines

As we can’t guarantee the release dates for future issues, we no longer offer subscriptions. If you would like to be notified of future releases, please sign up to our mailing list.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from the dispatch date, please email info@hopandbarley.co.uk with your name and order number.

If you wish to update your delivery address before your order has been dispatched, or you want to update the delivery address for your subscription, please email info@hopandbarley.co.uk with your name, order number, previous address and new address and we will update our database.

It is important to inform us of your new address as soon as possible to ensure an uninterrupted service. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to your order. We cannot change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel a pending order, please email info@hopandbarley.co.uk with your name and order number.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@hopandbarley.co.uk with your name and order number, and a refund will be made on all unmailed issues.

Due to the changes in tax and customs arrangements post-Brexit, we have suspended all international shipping until further notice. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
